Cahaya Ilmu Cendekia Conferens adheres to the Springer Nature Book Publishing Policy standards to ensure that we are in line with international standards for responsible publication of research to advance knowledge.

Furthermore, Cahaya Ilmu Cendekia Conferens adheres to the ethical framework and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), including the COPE Core Practices and the Principles of Transparency and Best Practices in Scholarly Publishing. All ethical and misconduct cases for this series are handled in accordance with these guidelines. Specifically for proceedings, Cahaya Ilmu Cendekia Conferens also applies the IEEE Conference Standards for conference ethics and quality control. Open Access & Publication Fees

Scholarly Studies in Science, Mathematics, and Education is an open access proceedings series, meaning that all articles are immediately and permanently free to read and download under the terms of the applicable end-user license (see the Copyright & End-User License section on this page for more details). Online publication of each proceeding is sponsored by the conference organizers and therefore no additional publication fee is required.

Copyright of all articles published in this series remains with the Authors. All articles in Scholarly Studies in Science, Mathematics, and Education are published under the CC BY 4.0 license.

Peer Review

All proposals for proceedings to be published in this series are first evaluated by a Series Editor(s) and/or a scientific evaluation committee consisting of senior researchers in the relevant field. If accepted, the peer review process for the individual articles within each proceedings is under the responsibility of the conference organizers and the Volume Editors appointed by the program committee of the conference, who are committed to conducting the peer review in line with international scientific standards. The detailed review procedure including (1) the type of peer review such as single-blind, double-blind review, open review or main editors review; (2) editorial system you used; (3) number of reviewers, submission and accepted papers; (4) how final manuscripts were selected; (5) Any efforts in improving peer review should be clearly stated in the Peer review and ethics statement along with the final manuscripts submitted.

Reviewers should be instructed to assess the quality of submissions solely based on the academic merit of their content including but not limited to the following dimensions:

  1. Pertinence of the article’s content to the scope and themes of the conference;
  2. Clear demonstration of originality, novelty, and timeliness of the research;
  3. Soundness of the methods, analyses, and results;
  4. Adherence to the ethical standards and codes of conduct relevant to the research field;
  5. Clarity, cohesion, and accuracy in language and other modes of expression, including figures and tables.

The Series Editor(s) subsequently also perform(s) a final check of the scientific quality of the accepted papers before the articles are released for publication. For more information, please refer to the individual proceedings page and/or the conference website.

DOIs

Each article that is published in a proceedings in this series is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI). DOIs are standardized digital identities which can be used to cite and link to electronic content. A DOI is guaranteed to never change, so can be used as a persistent identifier to permanently link to an electronic article no matter where it is stored.
